Shelley is a results-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience. She helps her clients orchestrate successful transitions from strategy to execution; allowing innovative ideas to come to life. She has spent the last decade working exclusively in agile environments, leading agile transformations and providing structure, transparency, and predictability to complex digital solutions. As a certified Scaled Agile Practitioner, SPC6, she has professionally trained over 500 individuals in a variety of courses using both Scaled Agile (SAFe®) courseware and custom-developed courseware.

Aaron is an esteemed Agile Transformation Coach and Trainer with vast experience and multiple accreditations, including ICF ACC, SAFe Practice Consultant 6.0, and Certified Scrum Master. He has led Lean Portfolio Management adoption at a major US financial company, spearheaded global SAFe implementations for multinational organizations, and provided transformative leadership in SAP transformations. With over 35 successful PI Planning Events and recognition as a finalist for "Best Agile Coach or Mentor - Process," Aaron consistently delivers exceptional results and thought leadership.

Elaine wrangles the Springbachers for their weekly timesheets and makes sure everyone gets paid, in addition to generating client invoices and tracking company financial metrics. Her CPA office is near Springbach HQ and she has worked with Shelley since 2019. Elaine is embarrassingly bad at both team pickleball and holiday party trivia, and is glad to finally have some other “dog people” among the team.
