Top 5 Tips for OKRs

Start at the top – While OKRs can be applied at any level, aligning with strategic or enterprise-level objectives first helps reduce functional silos and amplifies your impact across the organization.
Know your why – Make sure your team understands the reasons behind the adoption of OKRs. Craft a clear message and communicate it!

Use AI wisely - Use AI for market analysis, scenario planning, and natural language processing. But remember, AI can't infer or imagine the future - that's still the sole domain of humanity!
Appoint a champion – Your OKR Champion is key to success. This influential leader, ideally reporting to the C-suite, should be prepared to dedicate at least 30% of their time to overseeing the OKR program during its early stages.
