What has Springbach Accomplished This Year?
As the year winds down, it's a perfect time to reflect on Springbach’s key achievements. 2024 has been a year of growth, learning, and setting a strong foundation for the future. From connecting with industry leaders to expanding our services and digital presence, we’ve made great strides. Here’s a recap of what we’ve accomplished this year:
Networked at NextUp and Dreamforce Conferences
Springbach participated in two major industry conferences this year: the NextUp Forum, an organization focused on advancing all women, growing business, and transforming workplaces through the power of community, and Dreamforce, Salesforce's premier event for innovation, networking, and learning. These conferences allowed us to engage with thought leaders, explore the latest trends in technology and business, and build meaningful connections with potential clients and collaborators. The insights gained at these events are already influencing our strategies and shaping our goals for next year. We hope to continue these connections and attend more events like this in 2025!
Launched a Community of Practice (COP) at a Client Organization
In our mission to drive collaboration and innovation, we successfully initiated a Community of Practice (COP) for one of our key clients. This initiative fosters shared learning, idea exchange, and alignment on best practices, creating a culture of continuous improvement. It’s been rewarding to see how this COP has empowered teams to work more effectively together and we hope to add more members in the coming year.
OKRs, OKRs, and more OKRs
Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are powerful tools for driving alignment and clarity within organizations. This year, we facilitated OKR workshops for several clients, guiding them in setting clear, actionable goals and aligning their teams for success. Feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with many reporting enhanced focus and collaboration in their teams. We also developed an OKR for our Salesforce offering and partnership objectives. We immersed ourselves in this practice, gained multiple certifications, and brought our clients with us on the journey to make a difference for them too.
Completed PI Plannings
Program Increment (PI) Planning is a cornerstone of agile success, and this year, we facilitated a total of eight PI Plannings for our clients. Some were virtual and some were in person, but they all had participation with anywhere from 50 to 200 people. These sessions were instrumental in aligning teams, prioritizing work, and delivering value consistently. Each PI Planning brought its own unique challenges and victories, reinforcing the importance of structured, collaborative planning in achieving business goals.
Got Serious About our Social Media and Digital Presence
Springbach stepped into the digital spotlight this year by launching our social media channels. From sharing insights to celebrating milestones, our online presence is a growing space where we connect with our audience, showcase our expertise, and share our journey. We also unveiled a fresh, modern redesign of the Springbach website this year! The new site better reflects who we are, what we do, and the value we bring to our clients. Featuring a new design, improved navigation, and enriched content, the website serves as a hub for sharing insights, exploring our services, and connecting with us. Take a look around, and if you’re not following us yet, be sure to check us out—we’d love to have you join the conversation!
Connected Employee Well-Being with Philanthropy
Being healthy and giving back makes for a winning combination that fuels both personal and community impact. This year, we integrated our Witness the Fitness program with our giving strategy, turning wellness into a powerful tool for philanthropy. Fitness challenge winners didn’t just celebrate their health milestones—they directed meaningful donations to their favorite charities. The result was twelve substantial gifts to causes close to our employees' hearts, amplifying their passion for giving back while promoting a culture of well-being.
Read and Learned in BachClub (Springbach’s version of Book Club)
This year, BachClub had some great reads and great conversations. Together, we tackled six books, ranging from insightful industry reads to inspiring narratives. The team’s favorite? Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara, a book we’re still thinking about today. We gave it 4.8/5 stars, and it has impacted many of our team practices and ways of thinking.
But the reading didn’t stop there. Beyond BachClub, our team dove into transformative books like Marty Cagan’s Transformed, which reshaped our understanding of the Product Operating Model, and Christina Wodtke’s Radical Focus, a masterclass in OKRs and goal-setting. These reads have fueled fresh ideas, sparked meaningful conversations, and driven us to embrace learning as a team and individually.
Made a Difference for our Clients
We’ve done all these things to support our main goal: making a difference for our clients. We helped our clients increase strategy alignment, deliver more predictably, and improve quality, as we hope to do in the coming year ahead.
Looking Ahead
This year’s accomplishments mark significant progress for Springbach, but we’re just getting started. With plans to build on our successes, forge new opportunities, and continue making a difference for our clients, 2025 promises to be even more exciting.
To everyone who has been a part of our journey—our clients, partners, and team members—thank you for your trust and support. Together, we’re shaping a brighter future. Here’s to reaching even greater heights in the coming year!
Stay tuned for what’s next!
