Establishing cadence and predictability for more than a dozen globally distributed teams

Trained more than 50 leaders and team members in SAFe® and coached ART leaders and teams through several Program Increments to drive more predictability.

These efforts eventually led to a predictability measure of 100% - meaning that the teams were able to deliver consistently on their commitments. We also drove improvements to the release cadence, increasing to 16 production releases of incremental value in calendar year 2022.

These releases increased user efficiency and ultimately saved users approximately 255 hours per quarter.
