Coaching Circles
Duration: 90mins/week | Recommended Class Size: Minimum of 5
Pre-Requisites: None
The coaching team will use the concept of coaching circles to facilitate peer-to-peer coaching with leaders on a frequent basis. Coaching circles leverage action learning, a proven method for transforming for both the individual and the organization. During each session, a couple of “issue holders” will have the opportunity to be coached by the rest of the cohort members on a work challenge or issue that is current to the issue holder and relates to overall objectives.
As the issue holder is encouraged to dig deeper to find answers and overcome challenges, the cohort members are practicing the art of asking open questions. Issue holders receive support and accountability for their progress.
Learning Objectives:
Leaders will understand the role they play in driving adoption of these behaviors to drive the desired improvements
Leaders will bring their own thinking and ideas for embedding Lean-Agile tools, processes and behaviors into their ways of working and ‘test’ them within their peers and teams.
KraftHeinz will learn if this approach is effective and be able to make decisions on improving and expanding the program
Recommended Attendees:
Selected leaders that need time and space to solve complex problems
