Agile for Senior Leadership Training
Duration: 8 hours | Recommended Class Size: Minimum of 8
Pre-Requisites: None, some pre-work will be requested
Springbach’s 1 day Agile for Senior Leadership course will guide a conversation around aligning the enterprise’s values to agile principles and practices.
The morning session includes a flexible set of slides and exercises to (a) discuss current challenges with executives, (b) introduce Lean, Agile, and scaled agile principles, (c) provide awareness to common barriers in an enterprise Lean-Agile transformation, and (d) highlight the benefits others have achieved. In the afternoon, we set the stage for creating a comprehensive transformation game-plan by providing leaders with an opportunity to discuss the reasons for implementing and scaling their agile practices.
Leaders will be armed with the knowledge necessary to organize around value for optimal business results and decide where to start their agile transformation journey. Participants will create an implementation plan, identify risks and conduct a confidence vote to determine if the organization is ready to move forward.
Business Outcome Hypothesis: Senior Leaders are empowered and educated to determine next steps and will ultimately fund and support the agile transformation at your organization.
