The Epic Writing Workshop is a hands-on, collaborative session to create alignment between the organization’s strategy and the work of the ART(s).  It will provide business leaders and epic owners with the knowledge necessary to create alignment. Participants will learn how epics fit into the process and will define 1-2 epics in their own context. 

The output is a well-defined epic that Product Management can use to define and prioritize features and an understanding for how to repeat the process to define more Epics.  It will also provide a foundation for managing the epics through implementation.
