This quick start, interactive workshop is designed to provide a catch-up, large batch prioritization for an existing program or ART that has not established on-going prioritization practices.  Leaders will gather to learn economic prioritization techniques then quickly dig in to assess Cost of Delay and Job Size for an existing backlog of Features. 

This workshop is meant to provide quick prioritization in a time-boxed session.  You will leave with a WSJF score and prioritization for up to 30 features and a shared understanding of where to focus efforts for the upcoming PI Planning event.  This can also be used as a basis for product  roadmap.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) prioritization techniques

  2. Assess Cost of Delay for candidate Features

  3. Assess Job Size for candidate Features

  4. Calculate WSJF score for each Feature
