Pre-Requisites: Experience with Scrum and a list of candidate features

This quick-start, hands-on workshop is designed to provide an existing team or program with the context they need to create the simplest solution possible to meet the business's objectives.   This workshop will teach participants the concepts of epics, features, and prioritization techniques, but mostly consists of exercises to create and prioritize the team/program backlog for the identified product. 

The content created in the workshop will be the basis for a Planning Interval (PI) Planning event.  You will leave with 1-2 well-defined epics, a prioritized list of features, and the beginning of an architectural and user experience runway.
