In this workshop you will gain the tools and techniques needed to quick start your Lean-Agile Portfolio to manage the flow of work to your Agile Release Trains.  You will learn how to implement a kanban system to accelerate the flow of value and define OKRs to support your strategic themes. 

You will leave with a set of practices, working agreements, and a plan to implement and govern your lean-agile portfolio.  This workshop is most commonly conducted after the organization has some trains running and is ready to start organizing around value and become a real lean-agile portfolio.
