The Scaled Agile Implementation Workshop is most commonly used as a 1 day add-on to Leading SAFe®.  With stakeholders newly trained in Leading SAFe®, they are often inspired to act!  This workshop will provide leaders with an opportunity to discuss the reasons for scaling their agile practices and whether SAFe® is a good fit. 

It will provide leaders with the  knowledge necessary to organize around value for optimal business results and decide where to start their agile transformation journey.   Participants will create an implementation plan, identify risks  and conduct a confidence vote to determine if the organization is ready to move forward.
