Value Stream Mapping Workshop
Duration: 8 to 16 hours | Recommended Class Size: Minimum of 7
Pre-Requisites: Leading SAFe® 5.0 or SAFe for Executives
In this workshop we will map the steps to value creation in order to identify delays and understand efficiency. We will visualize the work, define the elapsed time and touch time for each step, and calculate the lead time and efficient rating. This will allow us to ultimately understand the flow of work and dependencies.
Using this information, we will brainstorm ways to reduce delays to shorten lean time. Most importantly, you will leave with a better understanding of the people and systems needed to create value and an improvement plan to inform your transformation roadmap.
