Here are a few options to get you started. As with all of our engagements we will work with you to tailor an engagement that meets your needs and budget.

A one-day, engaging, and inspiring workshop where up to 20 leaders learn how to create great OKRs (certified and non-certified options available).

One training workshop + follow-up sessions with individuals and small groups where leaders can practice writing, improve, and finalize their OKRs.
